~Coverage begins day one.
~Must be sold same day as the covered product(s) and on the same sales receipt.
~Coverage included for all products on same sales receipt.
1) The following products are eligible for coverage:
A) Furniture such as sectionals, loveseats, recliners, leather, blended leather, vinyl and nubuck furniture, cloth or fabric furniture, wooden furniture and tables, end tables, coffee tables, metal or wooden bedframes, accent chairs, area rugs, mirrors & other hard surfaces (includes: metal, glass, laminate, stone), and outdoor furniture. | |||||||
B) Case Goods such as bureaus or bookcases that provide interior storage space; and dining-room and bedroom furniture sold as sets | |||||||
C) Mattresses such as Innerspring mattresses use a core support system made of metal springs or coils and box spring purchased at the same time as Covered mattress; Memory foam (polyurethane foam); and Hybrid mattresses combine an innerspring coil support system with memory foam. | |||||||
D) We may provide You with a cleaning kit or advice on how You may be able to remove the stain. You will be required to attempt removal of the stain using the cleaning kit provided and follow Our instructions. Must report failure within 30 business days of occurrence |
2) ADH for Mattress only:
A) Must report stain within 3 business days of occurrence | |||||||
B) Limit mattress ADH to 1 incident during the term of the contract. | |||||||
C) We may provide You with a cleaning kit or advice on how You may be able to remove the stain. You will be required to attempt removal of the stain using the cleaning kit provided and follow Our instructions. | |||||||
D) Exclude all bodily fluids (blood, urine, feces, etc.) |
3) Service Deliverables:
Step 1) We may provide You with a cleaning kit or advice on how You may be able to remove the stain. You will be required to attempt removal of the stain using the cleaning kit provided and follow Our instructions. | |||||||
Step 2) Technician Assessment and Service: If You submit a claim form and a technician may be able to provide service to repair the stain or damage, We will send an authorized technician to assess the stain or damage and perform repairs if the technician determines that the stain or damage can be repaired. If the technician's service does not repair the stain or damage to Your mattress, You or the technician must notify Us within 5 days of when the technician serviced Your claim. | |||||||
Step 3) Replacement: If the technician cannot remedy the stain or damage, We will arrange to provide a Replacement of like kind and quality. | |||||||
Step 4) Cash Settlement: If We are unsuccessful in repairing the stain or damage to Your mattress, and We are unable to provide a Replacement, We will provide You with a cash settlement for the actual cash value of the Covered Mattress. |
