AV Express is the US's first and only Family Owned And Operated CEDIA distributor designed to be frictionless and ecommerce first!  CEDIA distributors serving the tech industry have been stuck in the 20th century.  AV Express brings the Amazon/Uber Eats + REAL HUMAN SUPPORT experience to CEDIA distribution.  No more calling in and waiting on hold for help with a tracking number, order receipt, applying store credit, managing payment methods...the list goes on and on.

But who is AV Express?  AV Express was started by Gary and Ash Wermuth...the same team that started, grew, and sold WAVE Electronics in October of 2018.  Six years after their departure from WAVE it became apparent that innovation and customer service in CEDIA distribution was left to die on the vine, with the CEDIA dealers left to suffer.

We started AV Express because we knew we could bring CEDIA distribution into the 21st century, and put our dealer partners first with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE INDUSTRY!
